其中一大類是攪拌一體機使用不當對身體造成的傷害：
One of the major categories is the damage to the body caused by improper use of the mixer:
1、泵機工作時身體部分進入料斗或運動機構內所引起的傷害；
1. Injuries caused by body parts entering the hopper or moving mechanism when the pump is working;
2、混凝土、液壓油飛濺，水泥或其它化學物質引起的眼傷；
2. Eye injuries caused by concrete, hydraulic oil splash, cement or other chemical substances;
3、在活塞運動時，手伸入洗滌室內而造成的傷害；
3. Injuries caused by hands reaching into the washing room when the piston is moving;
4、電纜線的內外保護破損，電氣元件失效和損壞導致的泵機帶電，而引起的觸電傷害；
4. Electric shock injury caused by damage of internal and external protection of cables, failure and damage of electrical components, resulting in electrification of the pump;
二大類是攪拌一體機使用不當對設備本身造成的傷害：
The second category is the damage to the equipment caused by improper use of the mixer:
1、由于液壓系統(tǒng)沒有卸壓就檢修液壓管路引起的傷害；
1. Injuries caused by maintenance of hydraulic pipeline without pressure relief of hydraulic system;
2、由于吊運或支撐方式不當造成泵機傾覆而引起的傷害；
2. Injury caused by pump overturning due to improper lifting or support;
3、混凝土輸送管內有壓力時拆開管路所造成的傷害；
3. Damage caused by disassembling the pipeline when there is pressure in the concrete delivery pipe;
4、輸送管路未固定使管路滑動或脫落而造成的傷害或管接頭、管路爆裂等造成的傷害；
4. Injuries caused by sliding or falling off of pipelines due to unfixed transmission pipelines or injuries caused by bursting of pipe joints and pipelines;
5、在滑閥油缸工作時，對潤滑脂系統(tǒng)進行檢修造成的傷害；
5. Damage caused by maintenance of the lubricating grease system when the slide valve oil cylinder is working;
6、車載強制式攪拌泵高壓軟管爆裂造成的傷害；
6. Injuries caused by bursting of high-pressure hose of vehicle mounted forced mixing pump;
7、阻止攪拌器或其它旋轉部件運動而造成的傷害；
7. Prevent injuries caused by the movement of agitator or other rotating parts;
8、攪拌泵產生溢流噪聲并且系統(tǒng)壓力下降，閥體表面用手觸摸時感覺溫度異常時。主要是由于攪拌泵系統(tǒng)內閥、順序閥的先導閥芯嚴重磨損，引起泄漏，造成發(fā)熱，致使油溫過高造成的傷害。
8. The mixing pump produces overflow noise, the system pressure drops, and the valve body surface feels abnormal temperature when touched by hand. It is mainly because the pilot valve cores of the safety valve and sequence valve in the mixing pump system are seriously worn, causing leakage, heating and damage caused by high oil temperature.
